Improving the competitiveness of the University through the introduction of quality management system

The article discusses the competitiveness of the University through the introduction of quality management system on the basis of the standard ISO 9001:2008. Considered are the main problems related to the improvement of the quality of education and the implementation of the principles and methods of QMS in high schools. Touched upon the issue of forming the system of monitoring the quality of education. The purpose of this system is the informational and methodological support of the process of quality management of preparation of qualified specialists.
